Three In A Row

Thank God for another Sunday. Last Sunday we honored the Lord with recognizing the mothers and their important role in the family, society and the local church.
This Sunday we celebrated 22 years of serving God here. I am looking foreward (LORD WILLING) to 25 years.
Next week we will be having Brother Skip Tilton of Day One Ministries in for a special meeting. We will be looking at creation, and the book of Genesis and many topics of interest. I would encourage all to come and get a blessing.

Again, What a wonderful day we had. The food was also great. Thanks to all who helped out.

God Bless You

Jesus - Not Just For The Holidays

I thank God that we have another opportunity to honor Jesus. We are approaching the time we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. It is a time that many in the world will go out and celebrate this day in many ways. Many will gather with family and friends, hunt for eggs and baskets full of eggs and candy. Some will even spend the morning going to a church of some type. Sadly, many will never hear a clear gospel message explaining what it is all about. I thank God for the privillege of being part of a Bible preaching church. Every week we celebrate the ressurection of Jesus. We don't have to look for him because we know where he is and what he is doing. We know he loves and cares for us no matter what we may be going through. We have an opportunity to grow in grace and tell others of his wonderful love and grace. Let us be faithful and assemble every week for all the services and celebrate the life in Christ we have.

Catch The Vision

Come and join us on Sunday Feb. the 6th morning and evening. We will enjoy a day of refreshing under the Word of God with one another. We are looking for God to do many things this year. We just finished up a meeting on "Missions"(Faith Promise Commitments). We have many commitments to support missionaries around the world and are truely expecting a blessed year.
We are having an evening to challenge everyone to get involved with the vision we have for the months ahead. I hope to see you there.

New Year's Day

Happy New Year

Here we are on a brand new day in a brand new year! I am so looking forward to a new start. It is like another "do-over". We have an excellent opportunity to tell others of the way of peace, joy, and purpose in life. Let us press on in truth and power by God's grace. Let us not be enticed by the easy avenue of dressed-up religion and the ways of man but stay to the tested and proven ways of God. These are the paths of firm foundation and sure-footedness. Let us strive to achieve all that God would have us to be and do. Come and dine on God's Word.

God Bless

Wintery mix on Sunday

I heard there may be a posibility of some unusual weather on Sunday. Lord willing, we will be having services. We sure wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to gather around God's Word on Sunday. I sure hope we are not hendered by this. I am looking toward the opportunity for fellowship and encouragement from God's Word. I hope to see you at 10:00 am.

Birth of the Savior

It is Christmas morning and we have the time to reflect on what it is really about.
Many will be opening their gifts and looking at all they received. It is always nice to receive and give things and usually puts a smile on each face. Somehow we find this does not always satisfy. It always seems that it comes and goes but leaves many lacking. Perhaps it is our focus. We may be making it about things when it is really to be about Jesus. I know that the only way to really find true joy and peace along with fullfillment is through Jesus. He is what it is truely all about. The Savior was born for all that we may be delivered from our sins and know fellowship with our Heavenly Father. JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY. God bless you and may you truely honor Christ on this blessed day.
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Remodeling Closing

Time has really passing by and we only have a little
trim to go. It has been well worth it and now we
work at filling the classes. All are urged to come out
and enjoy the newly finished rooms. Summer is upon
us and we hope to see everyone faithfull. Families and
individuals growing in grace is a wonderful sight.
